Our honey from our small apiary in Northern New Mexico is available in 3 varieties.
Summer Honey. Collected from our hives at the beginning of summer. Our honey has dark color and earthy taste. Our apiary sits in an agricultural belt so it can contain everything from apple blossom to sunflowers to turpentine bush.
Piñon Honey. Our honey slow infused with piñon needles. Great as a source of Vitamin C.
Rose Honey. Our honey infused with wild rose petals and rose hips as well as our garden grown pesticide free rose petals.
All varieties are available in 4 oz jars and come with their own honey dipper.
