Terra Firma Foot Soak

Based on healing soaks my grandmother made to center and stabilize one's emotions, our foot soak uses clay, salt and plants from the land.

Red clay from Northern New Mexico and the Attoyac Bayou area.

Creosote from Southern New Mexico

Finely ground South Texas orange peel

Finely ground Northern New Mexico juniper berries 

Finely ground white oak bark from East Texas downed treas

Dead Sea salt.

Magnesium flakes. 

Directions: add 1-2 tsp to cool or warm water bath. Soak for 15-30 minutes.

The clay may temporarily stain soles of feet until washed off.
